Default throwing a code again.

and yes its the same one...22..

and i was about to go to the track and run it tonight but fawk it...i think ill go on wednesday..

any help on if something is short cuircuting or if i need a new oil pressure switch...any tests i can do on it?

another thing...i read that the car goes into "limp" mode...does that happen on OBD1? what are the side affects if i dont get this fix asap?

what are the steps in changing it? where does it lead to?

Just yard that pressure switch off. I thought you took it off and cleaned it once? It just goes to an oil port on the head.

i left it unplugged b4 for like 30 min... cleaned it then plugged it back in then reset the ecu and it went off but cameback on yesterday.

just cut it off??



my car isnt running isnt running in limp mode...is that weird or normal?

take the vtec oil pressure switch assembly off. Not the plug. Well, you can take the plug off too, but you need to take that sensor off the head. Check for debris inside the oil ports. Maybe have another one handy to put back on to see if your sensor is bad.

take off the part(green plug) that goes into the head? where is the OPS located at? sorry i sound like a newb but i dont know **** about a OPS.
