what del sol is easiest to swap into for DOHC VTEC? (b18c, b16, b20/b18c, b20/b16)
is the sol' vtec the best choice?

doesnt really matter. if u start with a dohc vtec sol then ur already in the dohc side. any of those bseries swap would go in, just a matter of using proper mounts, brackets and wiring.

If you get the VTEC it comes with the b16 motor already. I I had to chose between the SI and the S I would go with the SI because of 2 reasons... 1: Its already wired for VTEC 2: You can resell the d16z6 that is in the SI (SOHC VTEC). There is no demand for the d15 in the S. Just my $.02

del sol vtec is going to be your best bet for a swap candidate, it's going to be more expensive to find a del sol vtec. it will have the appropriate shift linkage, and it will already be wired for vtec and knock. if you decided to do another DOHC VTEC swap, that would be your best bet. the others will of course be cheaper but will require more work to make it work.
