all 99-00 coupes have red/clears. 99-00 sedans have revised red/clear/oranges

- if you like the stock wheels you should keep them, they don't look bad
- don't black out ur tails.. i've gone from 98stock --> tinted bottom --> altezzas --> red tinted altezzas --> 98stock and i couldn't be happier w/ the OEM goodness again, it looks so clean. 99-00 look clean too, but upwards of $100 for tail lights?? c'mon now..
- lip would look clean and that would finish off the exterior nicely w/ a nice, clean, sleek, stock looking look. u could look for a used Si lip for cheap maybe
- ur on the right track w/ the simple mods. if u don't plan on swap, you can learn something from the guys at turbod16.com. if u don't wanna go fast at all, you can enjoy your car alot w/ suspension mods. oh yeah, don't get a sub. you lose acceleration, driving enjoyability, and gas mileage as i have just learned by taking out my sub.

99-00 Sedan lights also wouldn't fit his car, so I didn't see the relevance in mentioning it.

Good start with the car, you even got the alloys with it. Definitely lower it with an upgraded suspension. I've done basically the same things with my Milano red 98 EX coupe as everyone has suggested with the exception of a header since I'm going to be putting a turbo on. Another thing that'll help with the appearance is removing those ugly mud flaps.

I never heard that before where did u hear that from. I was thinking about making 2 fiber glass enclosures for 2 10's or 12's i was gonna get for my trunk.

Do...what makes you happy. If it's performance your thinking about, then do suspension mods first, then engine mods. If it's cosmetic, then Photoshop stuff on a pic of your car to see how it would look, and look at other's cars to see what you like.

A little two door Civic like that should be a blast to mod :thumbup:

well it makes sense... without a sub youll be losing weight, which would add acceleration, handling, and such.



even though it would be in incredibly miniscule quantities that are hardly worth mentioning...

Anyway, what I suggest is suspension first.


An engine swap or ihe can wait until you set goals to what kinda power you want to put out..

dont be like every other person who gets a swap and say "I want 350 HP na, NOW!"

It wont work that way. Anyway, I would do suspension, it really does help add alot of enjoyability when driving :0
