Z10 is a certified installer and retailer for AEBS and guarantees a 1 week turnaround on sleeving though. They might be able to hook you up with the intake mani. h:

so they did that to you too. i guess their 1.5 week turnaround = 3 months automatic.

the AEBS manifold is usually not that much. you can get it much cheaper. we sell them for like $150.00 the manifold isnt as SMooth as like the skunk2 or the Edelbrock manifolds. but for the price you can get it match ported and smoothened out on the TB opening and it'll work pretty good. if the ITR manifold is already like $200 or so at the dealer. the AEBS manifold is a good price already.
As far as sleeving. i dont know how others do it. but we usually give a time frame depending on the workload we have at the moment. lets say we give 4-5 weeks to complete a sleeved motor. some customers will take it others will complain and expect a full motor done in 2 weeks. but in the end, we do give an estimated time frame and its more of a take it or leave it deal.
right now we do a 3 day completion on our sleeving, once we have it in our hands. this is on basic B-series open deck sleeving and includes the bore, hone, hot tank. but if things get busy, we let you know in advance so you know what to expect.

I put one on a friend's b16 when we put an ITR head on it. The manifold isn't made by AEBS, but they designed it and had Typhoon make it. The casting isn't the greatest, but it has a decent design. I would recomend it just because of the price, you can pick one up on ebay for $150 shipped about any day of the week, $200 shipped if you want polished. here is one auction for one

there are two different ones, the Professional Products Typhoon , which was made "in conjunction with AEBS" and the AEBS one.
They are both identical, except the typhoon has abit more of a rough casting.
