How to remove silencer from muffler please help

How to remove silencer from muffler please help
Can someone please tell me how to remove the silencer fom this crappy thing? I have already removed the bolt and nut and tugged like crazy and it wont budge, any helkp would be appreciated thanks

From: Someplace with cones=AUTO
You might need to get a hook and try to get it in the bolt hole without going all the way through.
Or use some pliers to get an edge on it.
