Which clutch master and slave cylinder do I use for eg hatch with b18b?

use the one in teh car. The D and B slave cylinders are interchangeable. The MC (if it is different) should move the same amount of fluid.
Don't change a thing.

The engine in the car has no bearing on what MC/Booster you should use. Your brake setup will be enhanced by using a larger MC/Booster, but the two (engine & MC/Booster) do not depend on one another.

if ur gettin a clutch mc from the junk yard, try to look for one from a newer civic or integra, becuz the newer the better, cuz reguardless of civic or integra they r the same. i manage to get one from a 00 integra at the junkyard, brand spankin new for 30 bukks. the slave cylinder is the same as well. so either integra or civic, the newer the better comin from the junkyard.

I was talking about clutch mc and slave.
