And we have a troll who has yet again offered absolutely NO useful advice.

I googled Nordson and it looks like they manufature powder coating systems and sell them to people. Powder coating doesn't look like what they do. I guess they have the equiptment everywhere and hence can let their employees use it, as well as having demo setups for potential buyers. Correct me if I'm wrong SICK BOY. I'd say a bunch of HAN users in the same geographic area should see if SICK BOY can get a discount on on e of the small systems, such as this one http://www.nordson.com/Businesses/Po...lgunsystem.htm to purchase it and start a business powder coating things for people. Would be a nice asset to this community. Cheap powder coating as well as making the people who buy the system some extra cash on the side. BTW I have no idea how expensive that unit is and this suggestion might be completely impossible if it's crazy expensive. Just a thought.

Coat your Hood hinges and hood lock silver. Sounds like a small thing but once done man does it give your car that nice clean look.

if they have ceramic coating, you could get your exhaust manifold and heatshield coated.... wouldn't do much, but its probably the most fuctional thing you can get coated.
