Default Got the new suspension stuff on -- with pics

Well after going through cheap coilovers and busting those stupid rear arm bolts, I finally got my new suspension stuff installed. The set up is Tokico Lowering springs (1.5 inches lower) and Tokico HP blue shocks all around. Here is a couple pics-- sorry they are kinda crappy, I just took them really quick to have a pic of the drop. Yes, I know I need wheels badly, lay off
Let me know what you guys think. I like the drop so far and its a nice compromise of ride quality and handling I think. Flame suit on

yea, some nice 15's or 16's will eat up that wheel gap, and the springs need to settle, so that will drop a little more too

No they won't. When you get larger rims, the tires are a lower profile so that the overall diameter is the same, otherwise your speedometer will be off. If anything, getting larger rims while keeping stock height seems to make the wheel gap seem even more dramatic.

Well its not stock height. Its, uh, 1.5" lower.
Also, I didn't want to lower it too much. This is my daily driver so I wanted to keep close to stock height but gain some handling and make it look a little better. You would scrape on everything with 2.25" if you came out here to South Dakota, haha

that looks stock height to me. maybe this is because i just had some tokico springs and realized that they have the worst drop possible. they were supposedly a 1.75 drop all around but everybody and they mama knew it was only like an 1" drop. but everybody's different so hope you like it.

looking good
1.5 inch is a nice enough drop to make the car look a little more agressive without compromising gorund clearance

wow, that still does look like stock. I have about a 1.5" drop also and it looks quite a bit lower than that.
