I remember that car. It was on the cover of HCI. It had something like 726hp. It uses a 97-01 Prelude H22 since the sleeves/block was stronger than the 92-96 H22s. (At least that's what it said in the article) It rides on 18" wheels too.

Aren't H22's ~210 HP? Where does the other 500 HP come from?

Standard H22A's are 200hp.
Anyway, for those of you who don't realise how worthless a 700hp Civic is... you need to get out more.
