Default Anybody done an F series swap?

Just wondering if anybody out there has done an F series swap into their civic. Seems like all the B/H series engines get all of the love and I never have seen an F series motor in a civic, so if you have one POST PICS.

Mostly accords, but some of the f22's can be found in base model ludes.

F22's or H22's? Didn't know they had an F series. I know a lot of ludes come with the H serise motors but thats about it. If there is an F series...is it much different from an H series?

there is an F series. there are no if's. 4th/5th gen accords and some ludes as well, early 90's gen. whatever that was.

i don't really see a point to dropping an f-series engine into a civic. the 2.2L is heavy and doesn't put down enough ponies to justify the added weight.

I thought the F series was just a lesser H series motor...
If you're going to spend the money to mess with an F series, I figure you might as well spend the money to drop in the H series. :dunno:

the F series is also found in 92-95 accords, and is a sohc VTEC motr....it uses the same mount kit as the H series, but why bother with the F when the H motors are cheap and much more potent
