Isn't the point of those things to create a velocity the the exhaust gas so that the rest of the exhaust is like under vacuum and being pulled out? I might be on crack but I thought I read that thats the point of oddly shaped headers and intakes like that.

Probably lose a lot of low end, and make it up some on the high end.

I wouldn't get that header unless you've got built motor with head work, and high compression.

www.ericksracing.com has headers similar in design for the b series, with the option of side exit front exhaust.

There was a 1.5 non vtec motor that was carburated that ran 10's also. That was in 98 or 99 when that happened. It was a CRX full body.

That's the whole point behind a tuned header, to exit gas as efficiently as possible. Since your engine fires 1, 2, 3, 4, you want an equal length header so that the exhaust pulses don't hit at the same time. Really your whole engine is a big vacuum, sucking in air mixing it with fuel and disspelling the spent remains. It's all about efficiency.

Who knows maybe we'll see them on ebay for $25 in about a month , but if it does what it says I might get one HEHE
You'll never get one.

actually Bisi runs a carburated setup instead of fuel injection, and his car is a crx full body, and he does run in the 10's

the guy that designed this header has the fastest N/A D-series their is...not to mention he's the built it all himself and does his own headwork and such

I would like to think that if you're serious enough for this type of setup, A/C would be your last concern

Wanting more power, Ezerioha started to do more research and eventually took the advice of John Concialdi and carbuerated the engine. "Failure was not an option and I have done a lot of research," said Ezerioha. "From a power stand point and at wide open throttle, I am 100% convinced that carbuerators are more efficient than fuel injection."

that would be cool if he started selling a carb intake. i would love to have 2 webers or mukinis!!!!

Ezerioha loves challenges. Wanting to stay true to single cam performance, he has opted to use the Honda F22 for the 2003 season. Having already proved the potential of single cam performance, Ezerioha now wants to dominate the class with a larger displacement single cam engine and be the first into the 9's.
