That aside, B18B. The D15B will never have the potential of a B18B.

he is referring to the JDM D15B (no last digit on the code)

it is a 130hp sohc vtec, has a slightly shorter stroke (hence the 1.5L), and slightly higher compression (hence the +3hp) than the d16z6

but regardless, if you have the money, swap in the b18b and boost it.

why would anyone spend the money on this when you could almost have a b18b boosted for the same price? IMHO the b16 doesn't deserve all the recognition it gets.

sry, the b16a2 = poopy torque...so i'm almost 90% sure i'm gonna do the B18B, i just wasn't sure if anyone had any luck boosting the D15B with decent results...thanks guys
