Default Intakes

How's it going everybody. I want an intake for my 7th gen civic and I need your help on which one to get. Be advice that I dont know anything about intakes ok. Thanks

i recommend that you do some research before you go buy anything.


after your research...i recommend the AEM or Injen brand of intakes.

The Injen performed better on the RSX if that means anything on a 7th gen civic?

honestly, i think AEM is a POS.


you'll get the same results if you pull your airbox resonator out and replace your stock filter with a K/N drop in. aftermarket intakes on certain honda motors are more looks than performance IMO.


but if you are looking for good intakes for your 7th gen... go with AEM or Injen.

I say AEM, had a Cold Air Intake from them for a while now and loving it. Go AEM, u won't be disappointed. :thumbup:

Just be careful with the intakes that go behind the bumper.....

Cold air intake + big puddle = you taking the bus.
