I replaced the timing belt, water pump, rotor and cap, spark plugs, and wires. I needed an ac bracket from a del sol vtec, a rear 99-00 si mount, and a left mount from a 99-00 si, i also had to my modify my stock power steering line to fit the new pump. That was pretty much it. the swap went very smoothly. I'm going to post a video of the swap as soon as my friend lets me transfer it to his computer. I couldn`t be any happier with the b18. I eat b16's so badly.

Woops, sorry, i was trying to reply to this one.

:yay: Looks awesome, man! I bet you're probably having fun surprising other Civics out there, and maybe even some Integras and Accords too! A header will nicely complement the already efficient intake you have. Have fun with your "new" ride .

Congrats on the swap. How many miles did they say your motor had? And what's that whitish blemish in the upper right corner of your valve cover?

They said the motor had 27,000 miles on it. The whiteish blemish is from me trying to clean the valve cover off.

was that motor jdm (maybe already answered)...and was it the motors they pull out of japanese cars? Those engines are iffy, b/c the stop and go over there is so bad...ive seen so many dohc honda motors beat up...30k of their miles are like 100k here (sometimes) im not sayin u got bad motor if u got the attarco style motors, just sayin iz good u got a compression test and a good look @ the gutz of the motor.

HAVE FUN!!! (I want a c1 NOW...but i guess z6 will have to do...still is fun )
