Default Cam seals

ok I have a b16a and have been hearing alot around hear lately about Cam seals leaking, and that Honda oem ones crack over time and cause leaks....my question is where exactly are these found, and are they hard to replace with either some STR or Golden Eagle seals....yeah it is a n00b ass question, so be gentle.

Umm I've heard of them leaking but not from anyone who I know...Everyone I know just uses stock honda cam seals with honda-bond...

They are located on the back end of the exhaust cam(opposite the cam gear)

and changing them is no big deal either...
(1) remove the cam cover .
(2) remove all the bolts on the girdle (if thats what its called)for the exhaust cam ONLY.
(3) remove the left-most camshaft retainer.
(4) pull out old cam seal (clean area) insert new cam seal.
(5) reverse process.
(6) make sure to torque bolts on the girdle....I believe they are TTY so you may need new ones.

Mine leaked on my B18C1. I used an STR one to replace it. I don't think the gridle bolts are TTY, at least I didn't replace mine (I don't think the manual called for them either).
