he has a dx so there isnt a tach in the cluster

no but there is a pretty blue wire since all civics are wired up to accept a cluster with a tach.....that way you dont run any wires through the firewall all ya do is splice into the blue wire in the harness and voila

And I do apprishiate it. But I was asking a serious question because I dumped a shitload of money into the engine that I already have. I realize I made a mistake by not swapping but it is to late for that and I was trying to get a good answer to my question. And when there are people posting shit like that it just makes the frustration level rise..

why not just part out the good parts from your d15b7 and use that money towards a swap...you can get a d16z6 for pretty cheap and those are worth the turb.....talk to Westcoaststyle if you are interested in gettin a motor that you could build up he has a d16z6 for sale...

:werd: I agree if you want to put your money into a d16 the Z6 would be a great choice since they will make good power with a turbo on stock internals. :a:
