gar...mine needs replacing too...another thing to add to my to-do list...
yeah, the last few times I took off the targa...on the backside, worse on the passenger, but on driver's side too, a little piece of the seal has come off on both sides. It doesn't leak back there, but it does from the front...and if it's deteriorating back there, I know it's gotta be deteriorating other places too.
