How is that setup for you? I want to do that in my teg but am worried I won't get the maximum potential. The thing is I like the idea of keeping most of my trunk space.

derf looks to me your bass must not sound that good.....bass needs something to bounce off of to create the sound of bass, looks to me its to far away from the trunk lid...your probobably not getting the maximum bass you can get from your speaker.

and please do me a favor...hit them wires, looks ghetto rigged.

how do you propose I hide them? the amp in the back is right on the edge so the wires show a little bit, and the one on the right i guess i could cut the fabric and tuck them underneath....

bass sounds great, it used to be turned around towards the back of the backseat and it didn't hit as hard.

that isn't true. you create different sounds depending, and the sound of it bouncing off of things often creates an unpleasant reverb.

Soon my trunk will be normal again. A friend of mine is good at molding boxes so I may soon have a sub. never thought that would happen.

angle your subs to bank of the back window.....unless you have a 2 door. make small incisions into the carpet and run them along the side panels.

I'm gonna remove all the plastic in back and make a custom rear end that will fit components, subs, amps, capacitor and upper rear sway bar
