would the best minime for a d15b7 be the d16z6 head and tranny.i thought i read somewhere that if you install someother part off another d series motor it would work better with the z6 head.enlighten me

mini-me N/A is better with the Y8 head using the Y8 head gasket, it creates a higher CR.
as for boost applications the mini-me is better with a Z6 head due to its better flow.

so if you have no plans for turbo.the y8 is the way to go for a minime.

roughly about maybe 140chp maybe even 145chp.
