It can be done, I dont know the logistics of it though. I know you will have to buy the tranny and linkage (like duh, right?) and all the bushings, forks, plates, etc or whatever you need. It wont be cheap.

I dont know anything about automatic transmissions, and they're 2 g's new. Look for a used transmission.

you best bet would be to wait and find a deal on a 5-speed sol locally and sell the one you have now. if you have time you can end up making a profit on the whole thing too. swaps cost alot, and the sol just aint that expensive.

unless....

you buy the sol (or comprable car) used, swap the trannys and sell the remander... i donno

oh no no no no i can't sell my baby. i love my car wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy to much to get rid of it and get another just like but with a 5 speed. i just guessin that i will have to wait to get a newer car in a few years(or many) that has a mt. i just got a new pioneer deh-p3500 (that replaced the old alpine 35X4 that had no display) and i love my car even more.

I see you have an Si .... just do a motor swap to DOHC. Most swaps come with transmissions, just do it all together.

i have most of the parts needed to do an at-to-mt swap...pedals, slave/master cylinders, clutch lines, shift linkage, cluster, etc...
