I was thinking of trying an exhaust shop for the flanges because I can't find them anywhere else. I found some decent prices on a few online exhaust pipe suppliers for some stainless steel piping ($8 ft average) ... all I need is flanges; summit, JCW, and Jegs didn't have any flanges

I would be more than happy to pay the shipping and even a lil handling

I need a 3 bolt flange in 2.25"(60mm) for the outlet(cat back side) and 2 bolt collector flange for the inlet (header down pipe side) of the test pipe... PM me if your friend can help... Thanks.

Use a test pipe and buy an O2 simulator. There's no reason to waste money on welding a bung onto a test pipe when it won't register the same readings as the secondary O2. You'll still need to get an O2 sim to rid the CEL from the ECU, so why waste your money?

What some people do (AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AS IT IS AGAINST THE LAW, AND SHOULD ONLY BE FOR SHOW CARS) is they put heatshields over a testpipe to make it look like a cat.

Heatshields like this:

once again, this is againt the law, and should only be used to replace broken heatshields on your catalytic converter. But for show cars that want that stock look when their car is raised, this would be it. OFF ROAD USE ONLY!!

Actually, I don't have a secondary O2, I have just the one on the down pipe so no bum or uh bung welding needed here:chuckles:
