sorry my computer was acting retarded at the moment of the submitting. The question was if i were to buy a 4-1 header for my d16y8 will it fit on to a b18c1 later on when i get a motor swap?

Don't bother buying a header for your y8 if you are definitely planning on swapping a B18 in later. Waste o' $$$

:werd: the Y8 ain't worth it unless you go for boost...and a header wouldn't be used with a turbo set-up....so...it's a waste of $$$....

for the time being if you want something better than your 97 y8 stock header go with a 99-00 y8 stock header. better design.
