yeah...i did some testing.
The best setting for me daily driving is about 180-240 turn from full soft.
360 if Im feeling like Captain Morgan
Anything more is useless, I lose traction from hopping.

alright guys. from what I understand you simply put the knob on the top of where the strut comes through the upper mount to adjust the soft/firm. Do you have to take the struts out to go up and down or is it more like coilovers?

not redo but just take out the rings for the perches and move them up or down.
