360 if Im feeling like Captain Morgan

yah i switched it back quick, my head hurts like crazy, yah i changed it to stiff for some canyon runs

alright guys. from what I understand you simply put the knob on the top of where the strut comes through the upper mount to adjust the soft/firm. Do you have to take the struts out to go up and down or is it more like coilovers?

up and down as in height adjustment?

u have to take it out and redo your suspension

not redo but just take out the rings for the perches and move them up or down.
