no front antisway bar? hell, mine came with one--as well as all of the civics i've seen in the shop--none of them come with a rear antisway bar tho.........

antisway bar is also referred to as the "stabilizer bar" or "center link"

this is not a very good picture, but you can get a general idea based on the stabilizer bar thats in the pic

oh yeah, keep in mind the picture is not of a civic frontend

On the topic of strut tower braces from what I have read a rear strut tower brace is pointless because the strut towers are supported by the frame structure of the trunk and are not able to move because of this. Up front though there is nothing above the strut towers to provide any significant amount of support so a front strut brace is benficial. I have Suspension Tech front and rear sways and KYB AGXS on some Neuspeed Sports and I noticed a difference when I put on a front strut brace. By tying the front strut towers together it makes the steering feel more responsive and the front end feels more solid. Makes you feel more confident about taking a corner fast. One other thing to keep in mind if you do a front strut tower brace is that the ones with no pivot points are the best. I got my Nuespeed for like $100 and Benen Industries has a sweet one for the civic that ties into the firewall. Hope this helps
