I'd either get them though cashiseg8, or off ebay. Ebay always seems to have the metal ones. Search under Rota.

You could have a bad tire. Have you hit any large potholes lately?

check the rim to see if it is warped. my friend didnt know his was warped until he got some new tires....the balancing machine was not able to balance the rims.

I've got a few q's for you--or just a good picture of the tread from teh tires will work

what speed does begin and end at? and what speeds does it produce noise?
do your wheels require hubcentric rings?
Have you had your suspension checked recently?
How often do you rotate your tires?
when was the last time you hit a pothole at a decent speed? and was that tire up front when you hit the pothole?
when you had your wheels balanced did they mention anything about cupping or seperation or flatspots?
when you run your hand over the tread, do you feel any highpoints or ridges, and does it occur in any sort of a pattern?

1. about 25 but i can always feel it
2. not that i know of at least not the back ones
3. i have koni yellows and skunk 2 and ithey feel and look and feel fine
4.never had a problem or thought i needed to rotate ( no dramatic wear.
5. not to long ago and it was the front i think and the front is fine
6. the mentioned a couple flat spots from being of balance but i think it to minor to be the problem but maybe it is.
7. as i said the funny wear is to minor to cause this or is it just enough i dont know.

should i just break down and get new tires to see if this is it and i also have time tues i might rotate them just to see what happens
