whats so good about it ?
whats so good about the D16Z6 ? I would like to get a b16 but I think its gonna be a little to much for my pockets . Now I see a lot of people that are happy about getting this motor I did some research and it looks to be the best motor civic has had but I can be wrong . Please help me out guys ! My plans at the moment is to get a sohc vtec motor and do a homemade turbo system . I have a stock turbo for a galant vr4 . My friend tells me that the manifold will fit the civic motor . Let me know on both topics motor and turbo thanks !
Or what way should I go with it thanks !

personally, from what i have read and seen other people do, i would go DOHC far before SOHC- remember ,you get what you pay for. a turbo SOHC is nice, but with a DOHC there is more potential for power. So i would save your money for a while and get a b16, and for a little more you could get a b18c which would be fun. or another option is turbo a b18b which wouldnt be to expensive either. that is just my opinion and maybe you have a different idea, but that is what i would do.
