Default ? about projectors

stupid question but, when they say blue ion lens. is that the yellow light or is it blue??

I think you meant "blue".. that blur thing screwed me up for a minute. The Ion lens really doesn't effect the light that goes through it. The light will either be "yellow" from the stock style bulbs or "blue/white" from the hyper white (or whatever) bulbs you have installed.

The ion coloring is just for looks while the headlight is off during the day... hope it helps.

Although there are early versions of projectors that projected a yellow beam. I doubt those even exist anymore.

yea, i remember a while back i saw a civic with projectors, and they where yellow beam. but my projector foglights have a yellow lens and the bulb is a regular halogen, and they light emmitted is yellow.

westcoast - yes, my bad. it was blue. i'm kinda sleepy right now.

Basically, it makes the lens look cool when the lights aren't on. That's how I see it anyways.

haha.. na, it's cool. My wife is yelling at me to get of the f'n computer and go to bed.. hahaah!! I'm addicted.

I thought there was a new style of projectors out there.. the "blur" ion... HAHAHAH.

my cousin got projectors on his accord and no matter what bulb he use it would alwayz come out yellow... o wellz
