Ive gone hand on hand with H&R's they're great quality sh*t, as for neuspeed havent had an expirience with those, but they are a very respectable company, i guess whatever is cheaper would decide it for me... as for you, whatever you want they're almost the same.

Both companies should give the spring rates when requested. I have actually seen the Neuspeed rates published somewhere, but that was a while ago.

I wouldn't deal with a company that doesn't freely release their spring rates. I want to know what is on my car.

I can't verify it from memory, but I was told, or read, a long time ago, that H&R actually manufactures Neuspeed's springs.....either way, i'd go for the H&R since they're spring rates are more suitable for my car...

i always thought neuspeed and H&R springs were produced by the same company.. anyway, i have H&R because of the higher spring rate.

The neuspeeds sports that i have on the are rated at 230-240 working rate front, 125-135 rear. The race, as i was told by neuspeed is 275-280 front, 155-160 rear. The H&R's are (I think) 300-315 front 185-195 rear. Alittle stiffer than the neuspeed. If your going to autox or race, get a higher spring rate. It's worth it. If it's for looks get the neuspeed for the comfort zone.

Just remove your struts and springs, and weld a big metal bar in it's place. That should be about as stiff as you can get.
